Insomnia not limited to travelling

I'm guessing we won't be actively participating in "buy nothing" day today, though we will likely participate by default as the idea of shoppimg among hordes of people is one I don't like much. I remember three years ago when I went to Coffee Messian on Buy Nothing day, I exchanged a slice of my chocolate pecan pie for a chai. Mmmm! Alas, all of the pie has been eaten this year and there is none for me to exchange - and I only got one slice, boo.

PS: Stupid LJ is STILL not sending emails on comments consistently. Grrr!
