Sort of lite - well, not

I forgot to mention that the news helicopters (you always hope they are news helicopters) hovering over downtown last night made my stomach clench with WTO nerves. I could hear them all last night but I couldn't get any info on what was actually going on because it was all talking heads on TV and their attention was thousands of miles away. Same on the radio - NPR is the pro-war station now. Fortunately nothing bad seemed to happen but I can still see what my pretty city looks like when the street lights are illuminating the clouds of tear gas and I don't want to have to deal with that again ... or anything worse.
