Who'd think I'd need a new blog - but I do.

I've just made one to document my experiences with the Agile implementation here at Tango Foxtrot.

I figure most of you wouldn't find this very interesting, so I didn't want to clog up your flist with endless nattering and whinging.

Actually, I'd be quite interested in following it, but there doesn't appear to be an RSS feed of it... is there a switch you can flip to turn that on?

No idea - since working on it on company time isn't officially approved, I'm not going to try to figure it out now.

Why would you be interested in QA and Agile?

We use agile (more XP than scrum, and more informally at that) where I work, and we're always trying to implement better procedures for quality.

Hopefully there will be something interesting on there. I figure the transition aspects will appeal to some, and the QA aspects to others.

There's a link to an Atom feed at the bottom of the page, and Firefox is auto-detecting both Atom and RSS for me:
