Merry Christmas to the City of Seattle

webcowgirlYep, got a parking ticket while I was doing my Christmas shopping in Chinatown. Those cops are really vicious on Saturdays. And they've raised the price of the tickets. Damn! That was an expensive surcharge on the gift in question. It's like I'm being punished by shopping at stores where they don't have free parking.
