Damn! Look at that rain coming down!

I'm supposed to be goin to a picnic, and it was moved inside due to anticipated inclement weather ...

And look at that rain dumping down outside! I have NO inclination to walk out my door right now, which is bad becaues I can't make any food for a "picnic" unless I actually leave my flat.

Which I don't want to do right now. In fact, I can think of nothing I'd lke more to do than NOT be outside right now.

Good thing to do? Sit and drink tea and watch the rain dumping down outside.

Bad thing? Walk in the rain.

A nap would also be nice. We'll see if I make it out the door.

LOL - and my reaction to essentially the same rain? I asked David if I could go outside and run around in the rain and he said, "You can take all your clothes off and run around naked in the rain if you like - don't know what the neighbours will think, but I don't mind!" - sooooo - I took off my jumper and t-shirt and ran around in our small backyard with my top half almost naked and loved it! But it *was* only for a few minutes and it's different going out to feel the rain for fun from having to cover up and go out to go shopping, I guess.
