Thanks to the Tube strike, the restaurant was half empty. I might try going back tomorrow!

It's definitely a lovely day for a bike ride

Maybe tomorrow instead of going to see a show in Leicester Square I'll watch a movie at the theater across the street.

But I have to say - the weather today was beautiful, both to work and back. It's actually warmish (64F) and it was sunny on the way back. The river had lots of swans in it, the abandoned dock near the Crabtree was covered with cormorants, and I saw the first Canadian geese since ... well, whenever they went away. It was really peaceful, and I liked that I could feel a bit of cool creeping in in the shadows as my bike cruised through them.

And my two hour long lunch today, that was gorgeous, too. I really enjoyed my lovely coworkers' company, talking about movies and politics and growing up in France and Lithuanian bachelor parties. And of course the food was perfect. Maybe I'll go back again tomorrow.

I'm making tacos tonight and I'm going to drink a few margaritas, too, but at this very moment I feel the need to take a wee nap.
