Trial is still happening this week
Jan. 18th, 2004 02:56 pmI kind of forgot about it but it turns out the trial I'm testifying in is still going to happen this week. I'm not really looking forward to seeing that crazy woman who jumped me again ... I'm afraid she'll recognize me and I'm sure we'll wind up running across each other on the streets of Seattle again. I'll try to make sure I look bland.
We were up last night until 1:15 or so playing City and Nights of Catan with my brother and his wife. Chris won, and we were all glad to wrap it up. Earlier we went out and tried Chinese Hot Pot at the 7 Star Pepper restaurant in the ID, which meant we got a very late start to the game but were all very full. Yum.
Now we're going to take a walk around Seward Park, not becaues the weather is particularly good (it's not) but because I want to get out of the house for a while. Tonight we have people over for the third installment of the Bob Fosse movie festival, with "Sweetest Charity" the evening's feature. I'm looking forward to it.
