I'm ready for my closeup, Mr. DeMille (tacos!)

I decided about a year ago that my way to fame and fortune was going to be becoming a YouTube celebrity. But what, really, do I have to offer? I thought about it and realized I have sharable cooking expertise: in particular, I know how to cook Tex Mex. Care to learn how to fry a taco shell? Watch this video.

Next in the series: rolling enchiladas, making taco meat and making country-style gravy.

Oh what I think I mean is: How does one make a "corn tortilla"? I didn't know that's what you were frying. So you just buy one of them? Or do you make them too?

Ah. You can buy them from a specialty store (I can tell you where if you're interested), have friends bring them when the visit from America, or buy a sack of corn meal and a cast iron tortilla press and make your own (requires a bit of lime, too). The tortillas sold at UK grocery stores do NOT suit.
