honestly... i don't think it's coincidental that the fb group 'i f*cking hate BT' has so many members: they really are unbelievably useless!!! it took me about 3 months last year to solve a very simple problem in the end and, i swear, i thought i was going to have a stroke just about every time i spoke to yet-another-moron at customer 'help'!
