Let's be in touch by email. Non-smoking is a HUGE advantage to me. One bathroom is fine unless I get a (click!) delightful pouched rat who hogs the bathroom with fastidious pooping. Even then. Pet friendly, you say?

The Seattle rental climate is never predictable, so "common sense" does not guarantee anything at our big-entity-owned apartment building. The wiring is bad, the water pressure barely exists, and the manager makes those two guys in Brazil look good.

On the other hand, who knows. BUT... Bruce is ultra-steady and infinitely reliable about payments. That's one thing to know. He prefers leases, and once on a lease, payments arrive automatically from his bank account --- NO hard luck stories, EVER, PERIOD. That's always been my policy, too, even when I was living hand-to-mouth. The rent came first, then food, then fun. Duh. I've never understood the thinking of folks who'd blow hundreds of dollars, and then cry "baby shoes!" and "broke!" oh NOOOOOOooo, oh, LOOK, it's the end of the month! How time slips away! I am way too protective of my personal secure space for that.

But I'd like to know the deposit & rent details, of course, in email.
