Aaaargh! Mold!

webcowgirlOh man! The inside of my Vosges "Rooster" chocolate (taleggio cheese, walnuts, vanilla beans) was MOLDY! This is what happens when you use overly fresh products! IT DIDN'T SAY REFRIGERATE! and it hasn't been two weeks either which is the "eat by" date!
AARGH! BLEAH!
And for the record it tasted like blue cheese until I spit it out.
Oh there's the note saying this needs to be eaten in ONE week and kept refigerated. No good keeping that information inside the box, really.
